1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Tripifi ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Tripifi mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Tripifi is a travel planning and organization application that allows users to:
Create and manage trip itineraries
Save places, photos, documents, and notes
Collaborate with other travelers on shared trips
Receive AI-powered travel recommendations
Plan activities and routes
Chat with an AI travel assistant
Store and organize travel documents
Track visited countries
Share trips with friends and family
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
You may sign up using Sign in with Apple or continue anonymously
You must provide accurate and complete information
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
4. Subscription Plans
4.1 Free Tier
The free version of Tripifi includes:
Up to 3 trips
1 collaborator per trip
3 AI chat conversations per day
50 MB storage per trip
4.2 Tripifi Pro
Tripifi Pro is a paid subscription that includes:
Unlimited trips
Unlimited collaborators per trip
Unlimited AI chat conversations
100 MB storage per trip
4.3 Subscription Terms
Subscriptions are available as weekly, yearly, or lifetime purchases
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store refund policy
5. User Content
5.1 Your Content
You retain all rights to the content you upload to Tripifi (photos, documents, notes, etc.)
By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share any content
5.2 Content Restrictions
You agree not to upload or share content that:
Violates any laws or regulations
Infringes on intellectual property rights
Contains malware or harmful code
Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
Violates the privacy of others
Contains spam or unauthorized advertising
5.3 Content Storage
We use Firebase and cloud storage to store your content
Shared trips are stored in Firebase Firestore
Personal trips are stored locally on your device with optional cloud sync
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your content
6. Shared Trips and Collaboration
6.1 Sharing
You can share trips with other Tripifi users via share codes or links
When you share a trip, collaborators can view and edit trip content
The trip creator has administrative control over the trip
You can remove collaborators or leave shared trips at any time
6.2 Collaborator Responsibilities
Collaborators must respect the content and privacy of other trip members
Collaborators should only make changes that benefit the shared trip
Malicious or disruptive behavior may result in account suspension
7. AI Features
7.1 AI Chat and Recommendations
Tripifi uses OpenAI's services to provide AI-powered travel recommendations and chat
AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
You should verify important information from official sources
7.2 AI Usage Limits
Free users are limited to 3 AI chat conversations per day
Pro users have unlimited AI chat access
We reserve the right to modify usage limits with notice
8. Third-Party Services
8.1 Integrations
Tripifi integrates with third-party services including:
Firebase (authentication, storage, and database)
OpenAI (AI chat and recommendations)
Unsplash (stock photos)
Apple Maps (location services)
RevenueCat (subscription management)
8.2 Third-Party Terms
Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies
We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services
Third-party service interruptions may affect App functionality
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Our Rights
The App, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by us
Our trademarks, logos, and brand features are protected
You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
9.2 Feedback
If you provide feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you
You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use any feedback you provide
10. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
Use automated systems (bots) to access the App
Resell or redistribute the App or its content
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
11. Storage Limits and Data Management
11.1 Storage Quotas
Free users: 50 MB per trip
Pro users: 100 MB per trip
We may delete content that exceeds storage limits after notice
11.2 Data Retention
We retain your data while your account is active
If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days
Shared trip data may be retained if other collaborators remain active
Backups may be retained for up to 90 days
12. Privacy and Data Protection

13. Disclaimers
13.1 Service Availability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available"
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
13.2 Travel Information
Tripifi is a planning tool and does not provide travel booking services
We are not responsible for travel arrangements, cancellations, or changes
Always verify travel information with official sources
We are not liable for any travel-related issues or losses
13.3 No Warranties
We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
Your use of the App is at your own risk
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
We are not liable for data loss, business interruption, or lost profits
We are not liable for third-party actions or content
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Your use of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of others
Your content or conduct
16. Termination
16.1 By You
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings
Deleting your account will remove your personal data and trips
16.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms
You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
Your account has been inactive for an extended period
We discontinue the Service
16.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately
We may delete your data in accordance with our retention policies
Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
17. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time
We will notify you of material changes via the App or email
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance
If you don't agree to changes, you must stop using the App
18. Geographic Restrictions
The App is intended for use worldwide
We make no representation that the App is appropriate or available in all locations
You are responsible for compliance with local laws
19. Dispute Resolution
19.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.

22. Apple App Store Terms
If you download the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple
Apple has no obligation to provide support for the App
Apple is not responsible for any product liability claims
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App
Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms
Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple has the right to enforce them against you
By using Tripifi, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
